At House of TIYE, every piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully inspected before it reaches you. If your order isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Be in its original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, altered, damaged, or returned without their original tags
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
