At House of TIYE, we take great care in creating every piece with intention. If your order isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Be returned in its original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as Final Sale.
- Gift cards.
- Products that have been worn, altered, damaged, or returned without their original tags.
